AURA GROUP合同会社（以下「当社」といいます）は、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令を遵守し、当社が取得する個人情報を適切に取り扱います。本ポリシーは、当社が運営するウェブサイト（以下「当サイト」といいます）および当社が提供するAPI連携アプリケーションにおける個人情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。
AURA GROUP LLC (the “Company”) complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan and other applicable laws, and handles the personal information it obtains appropriately. This policy governs the handling of personal information on the website operated by the Company (the “Site”) and in the API-based applications the Company provides.

2. 当サイトが取得しない情報2. Information the Site Does Not Collect
当サイトは、次のいずれも行いません。
- Cookieおよびこれに類する技術の使用
- アクセス解析ツールの設置
- 入力フォームの設置
- 広告配信事業者・ソーシャルメディア等の外部スクリプトの読み込み
したがって、当サイトを閲覧するだけでは、当社が閲覧者の個人情報を取得することはありません。同意取得のためのCookieバナーを表示していないのはこのためです。
なお、当サイトの配信基盤として Cloudflare, Inc. のホスティングサービスを利用しています。同社が配信および不正アクセス防止の目的で通信ログを取得する場合がありますが、当社はこれを個人の識別に利用しません。詳細は同社のプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
The Site does none of the following:
- use cookies or similar technologies;
- run analytics tools;
- provide input forms;
- load third-party scripts from advertising networks or social media services.
Accordingly, merely browsing the Site does not cause the Company to collect any personal information about the visitor. This is why no cookie consent banner is shown.
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare may record connection logs for delivery and abuse-prevention purposes; the Company does not use such logs to identify individuals. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

当社は、お問い合わせの受信および返信に電子メールサービスを利用しています。当該サービスの提供事業者は、メールの中継に必要な範囲でメールの内容を取り扱います。
The Company uses an email service to receive and send these messages. The provider of that service processes message content only to the extent necessary to relay it.
4. API連携アプリケーションにおけるデータの取り扱い4. Data Handling in API-Based Applications
当社は、Meta Platforms, Inc.、TikTok Pte. Ltd. その他のプラットフォーム事業者が提供するAPIを利用したアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」といいます）を開発・運用することがあります。本アプリにおけるデータの取り扱いは次のとおりです。
The Company may develop and operate applications (the “Applications”) that use APIs provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok Pte. Ltd. and other platform operators. Data in the Applications is handled as follows.
- 取得する範囲Scope collected
- 連携の際に利用者が明示的に許諾した項目に限ります。具体的には、公開プロフィール情報、アカウントID、当社が管理するアカウントに関する投稿内容およびその統計情報等ですLimited to the items the user explicitly authorises at the time of connection — namely public profile information, account identifiers, and the content and statistics of posts on accounts managed by the Company
- 利用目的Purpose of use
- 当社が管理するアカウントの運用、コンテンツの配信および配信結果の効果測定のために利用しますOperating the accounts managed by the Company, publishing content, and measuring the results of that publication
- 第三者提供・販売Disclosure and sale
- 行いません。広告目的での第三者提供、およびデータブローカーへの販売も一切行いませんNone. The Company does not provide data to third parties for advertising purposes and does not sell data to data brokers
- 保管期間Retention
- 利用目的の達成に必要な期間に限り保管し、目的の達成後、または削除請求を受領した後に削除しますRetained only as long as necessary to achieve the stated purpose, and deleted once that purpose is achieved or upon receipt of a deletion request
- 安全管理Security
- アクセス権限を業務上必要な範囲に限定し、アクセストークン等の認証情報は当社の管理下で秘匿しますAccess rights are limited to what the work requires, and credentials such as access tokens are kept confidential under the Company’s control
プラットフォーム事業者への連携解除（Deauthorize）の通知を受領した場合、当社は当該利用者に関して保有するデータを削除します。
Where the Company receives a deauthorisation notice from a platform operator, it deletes the data it holds in relation to the user concerned.
5. データの削除請求および開示等の請求5. Deletion, Disclosure and Related Requests
利用者は、当社が保有する自身のデータについて、削除を請求することができます。手順はデータ削除請求のページに記載しています。
保有個人データの開示、内容の訂正、追加、利用停止その他の請求についても、上記の問い合わせ窓口までメールでご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従い対応します。
Users may request deletion of the data the Company holds about them. The procedure is set out on the Data Deletion Request page.
Requests for disclosure, correction, addition, or suspension of use of retained personal data may also be sent to the contact address above. The Company will verify the identity of the requester and respond in accordance with applicable law.
