情報セキュリティ基本方針Information Security Policy

当社は、経営者の責任のもと、情報セキュリティに関する役割と責任を明確にし、事業の規模および取り扱う情報に応じた管理体制を整備します。

また、本方針に基づく社内ルールを定め、その適切な運用を推進します。

Under management responsibility, we clarify information security roles and responsibilities and establish governance appropriate to the scale of our business and the information we handle.

We establish internal rules based on this policy and promote their proper operation.

当社は、情報資産の重要性およびリスクを把握・評価し、機密性、完全性および可用性を確保するため、組織的・人的・物理的・技術的な対策を講じます。

情報の取得から利用、保管、共有、廃棄に至るまで適切に管理し、不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざん、紛失等の防止に努めます。

We identify and assess the importance and risks of information assets, and implement organizational, personnel, physical and technical measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability.

We manage information appropriately throughout collection, use, storage, sharing and disposal, and work to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and loss.

当社は、情報セキュリティおよび個人情報の保護に関する法令、その他の適用される規範、ならびにお客様やお取引先様との契約上の義務を遵守します。

We comply with laws concerning information security and personal information protection, other applicable standards, and contractual obligations to customers and business partners.

当社は、当社の業務に従事するすべての者に対し、本方針および関連する社内ルールを周知するとともに、必要な教育・啓発を行います。

一人ひとりが情報資産の重要性と自らの責任を理解し、適切に行動できるよう、意識と知識の向上を図ります。

We communicate this policy and related internal rules to everyone engaged in our work and provide necessary education and awareness activities.

We develop awareness and knowledge so that each person understands the importance of information assets and their own responsibilities and can act appropriately.

当社は、業務の委託や外部サービスの利用にあたり、取り扱う情報の性質およびリスクを踏まえて、情報セキュリティ上の適切性を確認します。

また、必要な管理事項を明確にし、委託先等における情報の適切な取り扱いを確保するよう努めます。

When outsourcing work or using external services, we assess their information security suitability in light of the nature and risks of the information involved.

We clarify necessary management requirements and work to ensure that contractors and other providers handle information appropriately.

当社は、情報セキュリティに関する法令違反、契約違反、社内ルールへの違反または事故の発生もしくはそのおそれを把握した場合、速やかに状況を確認し、被害の拡大防止、是正および必要な復旧に取り組みます。

法令や契約等に基づき必要な報告・連絡を行うとともに、原因の究明と再発防止に努めます。

If we become aware of an actual or potential information security incident or violation of laws, contracts or internal rules, we promptly assess the situation and work to limit damage, take corrective action and restore operations as necessary.

We make reports and notifications required by laws and contracts, investigate causes and work to prevent recurrence.

当社は、事業環境、技術および情報セキュリティ上の脅威の変化を踏まえ、本方針、管理体制および対策の実施状況を定期的に確認し、継続的な改善を図ります。

We periodically review this policy, our governance and the implementation of security measures in light of changes in the business environment, technology and information security threats, and pursue continual improvement.
